Privacy Policy
DraftLast updated November 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or get in touch with us, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Granular (“Granular”, “we”, “us”). For any question about this policy or your information, write to founders@granular.co.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. Information processed inside the Granular platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the agreement with that customer, not by this page.
Information we collect
When you contact us. The website has no forms. If you email us (for example to book a demo), we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you visit. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not use this to identify you.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across sites. We do not use advertising or other tracking tools on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the demo or conversation you asked for.
- To operate, secure and fix the website.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us, under contract and only for the purposes above: our website host (Vercel) and our email provider.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation and any relationship that follows, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. Technical logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security and operations.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email founders@granular.co. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
